Isaac provides research and strategic support to energy companies, including members of the Clean Energy Group, regarding climate change and air quality regulatory and legislative issues.  Isaac also monitors state, regional, and federal climate change policy developments for the U.S. Climate Policy Service.  He regularly updates a web-based information service and contributes to a monthly newsletter focusing on emerging climate change policy.

Prior to joining MJB&A, Isaac worked in the financial services and biotech industries.  Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University.
