Based in MJB&A’s Washington, DC office, Grace provides clients with analysis of regulatory and policy initiatives on energy, climate change, transportation electrification, and electric reliability issues. Grace assists the Clean Energy Group (CEG), a coalition of electric power companies committed to responsible environmental stewardship, and other clients in evaluating and responding to environmental and energy policy issues.
Prior to joining MJB&A, Grace was a Senior Project Manager with Southern California Edison. During her time with SCE, Grace helped lead the company’s advocacy and policy development efforts around California’s greenhouse gas cap-and-trade program. She also led the regulatory efforts to design customer Green Rate and Community Renewables options, build a combined heat and power procurement strategy, and support further development of the California renewables portfolio standard.
Grace holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in environmental analysis from Pomona College where she focused on climate and energy policy. She lives in Washington, DC and enjoys backpacking, baking, and live music in her free time.
