Jane is a Senior Policy Analyst at MJB&A, providing strategic advice on energy, transportation, and climate change and resilience to MJB&A clients. Jane supports several of MJB&A’s coalitions including the Utility EV Initiative (EVU), Transportation and Climate Initiative, and the Downstream Natural Gas Initiative (DSI) where she provides strategic analysis of city, state, and federal regulatory initiatives and policy approaches. In addition to her coalition work, Jane has worked on a number of projects focused on the decarbonization of gas, electric, and transportation sectors and has supported MJB&A work focused on developing electric sector resilience planning and addressing air quality issues within disadvantaged communities.
Prior to joining MJB&A in 2019, Jane was a Research Associate at the Center for the New Energy Economy where she researched and tracked state and federal clean energy policies and legislation. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Environmental Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment.
